Refund policy

The price shown on the plan is the subscription price. Stripe adds any applicable tax at checkout. There is no separate setup fee.

Monthly and annual plans renew until you cancel. Cancel in Account settings, under Billing, before the renewal date. Cancellation stops the next charge. It does not erase a charge that has already been collected.

Field4Cast does not promise a refund of a charge that has already been collected. If a charge was a duplicate or a billing error, email support@field4cast.com and include the account email and the charge date. Where the law requires a refund, we will follow that law.

Premier is quoted separately. Do not pay a Premier invoice you have not agreed to in writing.
