Field4cast provides a weather monitoring dashboard designed for athletic teams and organizations. Features include CSV schedule imports, automated venue parsing, lightning proximity guards, live radar loops, and automated notification handling via connected third-party infrastructure.

Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an administrative account.

Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current account and roster configuration details.

Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any administrative privileges assigned under your tier configuration.

Pricing Tiers: We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Essential, Premier/Premium) on both a Monthly and Annual basis.

Stripe Payments: All credit card processing, subscription management, renewals, and invoicing are handled securely through our connected third-party billing operator, Stripe. By submitting payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable subscription fee.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled through your Account Settings.

Price shown: The plan price on the site is the subscription price. Any tax is added at checkout by Stripe. There is no separate setup fee.

Refunds: Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge. A charge already collected is not refunded except for a billing error or where the law requires it. The refund policy is linked from the site footer.

Upgrade/Downgrade Flow: Logged-in users may view pricing and upgrade their subscription tiers dynamically in their Account Settings. Tier limitations (e.g., maximum admin counts, maximum teams monitored) are strictly enforced based on your active billing plan.

General Information Only: All weather monitoring, proximity warnings, and FlashGuard AI Meteorologist insights are provided as informational tools only. They do not constitute personalized professional meteorological advice.

No Reliance for Life Safety: Field4cast does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, timeliness, or delivery of lightning alerts or radar data. Decisions regarding whether to delay, cancel, or resume field activities are the sole responsibility of the respective coaches, athletic directors, and team administrators. You agree not to rely strictly or solely on Field4cast notifications for life-safety choices.

Provider Dependencies: AI-assisted schedule recognition and real-time lightning monitoring depend completely on uptime from connected third-party providers. We accept no liability for data delivery failures or technical outages.

Roster Outreach: The Service allows administrators to distribute text/SMS notifications or platform invites to parents and team members.

Compliance: You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from parents, guardians, and participants before sending updates or adding contact information to the Service. Standard carrier messaging rates apply.

You retain ownership of any schedule files (CSV) or data you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, copy our underlying mapping systems, or attempt to bypass our automated parsing protocols. All logos, designs, and source code are the exclusive property of Field4cast.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Field4cast, its developers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, missed weather updates, failed venue mappings, or any delays or cancellations executed by your staff.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued usage of the site following updates signifies your formal acceptance of the modified Terms.
